Pay when you register so you don't forget. You can pay via Venmo or check...please follow the instructions on the screen after you sign up. The payment deadline is May 6. If payment is not received by that date, we will assume you no longer wish to attend and will remove your registration.
Parents & Student Attendees: please read the following rules & waiver. Your typed signature during sign-up will be considered approval of the terms of this waiver.
We want this event to run smoothly and be an amazing experience for everyone involved, and therefore ask that both parents and students read and agree to the terms below before attending the Masquerade.
1. In order to keep attendees safe, students agree to stay on the premises of The Meadow Wood and within the spaces allocated for our group for the duration of the event. They will not leave without express consent from both their parent and a chaperone at the event.
2. Students agree to respect the authority of the chaperones at the event, understanding that they are looking out for both the student’s best interest and the group as a whole. Students will not argue with or ignore instructions from the responsible adults present.
3. Students agree to be respectful of the private property of The Meadow Wood, and will be held personally responsible for any damage they cause, including any financial costs incurred.
4. Students and parents will not hold NJCH or The Meadow Wood liable for any injury or damage to the student or his/her property while at the event.
5. This is a Christian event, and though you do not need to be a Christian to attend, we do ask that all participants abide by the code of conduct expected from our students. If language, behavior, or dress is an issue, it will be addressed by a chaperone. If it continues to be a problem, the student will be asked to leave and parents will need to come pick him/her up if needed.
